High-efficiency filter element​

• Covered with a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene film, the filter element has a smaller fiber gap than traditional filter materials resulting in high filtration efficiency

• The filter cartridge contains pressure sensors that will automatically sense the difference in pressure caused by dust buildup, once a certain pressure level is detected, clean compressed air is ejected from the valve port until the pressure difference is back to normal

• The structure is made of No. 7 (5mm thick) and No. 10 steel (4mm thick)

• Dust created during cutting and welding processes is less than 0.38 microns, the Topsinn Extraction Unit has a filtration efficiency for dust down to  0.1-0.5 microns
